"We stayed here as we visited a relative who lived nearby. The building is little dated and a bit expensive, but the room was clean, the bed comfy, and had we needed it, included a refrigerator & microwave. For our purposes, it was perfect! "

He not only was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond to assist me. He highlighted how to navigate the property, restaurants and amenities. On the day of my check out I asked for a suggestion of a local seafood restaurant near the water with a boardwalk and he told me to go to S &P Oytster Restaurant and I must say that...

"I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. "
