"I loved my stay at Aqua Hotel. My room was beautiful with fantastic views across the ocean. I loved the decor of the kitchen and dining room as well as the balcony area. I took lots of photos to show my friends and family. The breakfast was absolutely delicious as well. The staff were lovely and the owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome indeed. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough."

"Following our intense 5 day hike in the mountains My wife and I had a 1 night stay at The Knysna Belle to rest and allow our bodies to breathe and recover. Michelle was super helpful knowledgeable and wonderful and she took great care of our comfort indeed. The place is beautiful set in a tranquil environment with Knysna heads visible and Mesmerising. "This is a very beautiful hotel and has amazing safari grounds. Rooms are beautiful, clean and inviting. Overall very expensive for what you get and has a lot of hidden fees on arrival. It is a shame that things such as breakfast or activities are not included or discounted with the significant cost of a room per night. We paid approximately AU$1500 per night and only received the hotel room. Even arrival drinks come at a cost. The experiences such as the safari tour and horse riding were...

"Room and main lodge were lovely. Game viewing was slightly disappointing. Reserve is effectively broken into fenced sections with the lions in their own enclosure. Guide appeared a bit rushed at times. "

"We had a great stay here on our trip through the garden route. The property was well maintained, had amazing views, and had a friendly staff. Upon arrival the owner greeted us and gave us the rundown of property and local eats. My only regret was not staying in this location longer. You won’t be disappointed with this property or location. Thanks for the hospitality and I hope to be back soon!"

"Absolutely stellar 5 star service. Received a free room upgrade which was a beautiful family suite that was very spacious and clean. Lovely porch with chairs and a nice fire to sit by with other guests, if you choose. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. You can choose to eat at their restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We had a lovely breakfast on the rooftop that had a beautiful view of the ocean. It also had a spa for massages, which we regrettably had no time for. Gorgeous...

"A great hotel, where staff worked well as a team to make us feel welcome and ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The hotel is in a lovely setting, on the main road but at one end, so that you are close to everything, but at the same time, feel like you are tucked into a quiet corner of the town when you are ready to wind down. The restaurant was fantastic and the decor was so lovely. Great job, team Ivory Haus! I recommend this hotel! "
