"Rooms are small- but absolutely serviceable. My window for the king room looked out to an alley- but I was in my room to sleep. Lobby is lovely, staff were all super helpful and friendly!"

"The hotel was lovely- very welcoming with beautiful flower displays. The rooms were well appointed with quite a luxurious feel provided by pristine bed linen and towels. The tv in my room did not work but on contacting guest services someone came very quickly to sort it. I was able to change rooms. Room service was quick and the food was good. "Enjoyed the stay at the hotel although I think we must have had the room furthest away from the lifts. Still it was manageable and this room had a walk in shower which is better for us. The location is great as our preferred mode of transport is the bus and there are stops both directions just outside the hotel. This weekend was a bit of a disruption as road works closed some of the bus stops. All in all a most enjoyable stay."
