"Beautiful property but hasn’t been kept up as it should for being a Crown Plaza hotel. The water handle in my room was faulty and went from cold to super hot because it was loose. Also had the secondary lock broken in my room so didn’t feel very safe."

"There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers."
