"The room was clean however you can’t check in early, which is something you should note if you arrive before three. There is no included breakfast. There are a lot of stairs within the actual room itself, which is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early as the bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. "

"Great hotel to stay in Kumamoto. It's near the Kumamoto castle, Sakura-no-baba Josaien and the sakuramachi shopping centre. The hotel has a lot of on-site amenities such as a public bath and a restaurant. Staff are helpful and attentive."
