"Fold out sofa bed in a 4-5 person room was absolutely impossible to classify as a bed. Back ruined. Didn't seem to be noted when mentioned at checkout. If you see sofa bed, don't book here if you need it to sleep. Otherwise hotel is great and room was excellent. "

"This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. We love this property a few issues this time was that the first week was very warm temperatures what seem to be the air condition? Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue...

"My room was clean and well-kept. Comfortable bed and excellent walk-in shower. Ample buffet breakfast is available for 17 Euros. The front-desk staff is helpful and friendly, and they speak English. The hotel location is convenient, just a 12-minute walk from the train station in Fulda. When a taxi is needed, the front desk makes a call and the cab appears in a few minutes."

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

Two wonderful waitresses from Thailand and Zambia were very nice and friendly. The guy at the reception in the evening during checkin was typical grumpy but spoke English. Eyes closed will book again if in the area. Something about the place which has a. Ice relaxing aura to it"

"Ein tolles Hotel, gutes Essen, sehr zuvor kommendes Personal. Ein kleines Manko aus meiner Sicht ist jedoch die gläserne und fast komplett transparente Badezimmertür, die darüber hinaus nur zum Schieben ist. Darauf sollte bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden."
