"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"Check in took forever ,If you go, take a print out they could not do it with the app ,2 days it took grrr.If you want a drink at the bar be prepared to be thirsty I have never seen such slow service between 10 to 15 min wait wether there are 2 people in front or 10.Food was ok entertainment rubbish,Wine on all inclusive terrible put it on your frozen chips.The pool is wonderful"

"12 nights family holiday. We’ve stayed before at this hotel and we were delighted with our room - ask for a rear view of the nature reserve! Food is always excellent at the Iberostar. We stayed half board so can’t comment on drinks but they looked good. I would say the lighting in the canteen style restaurant needs working on as the ambience was OK for evening dinner. "Good service at check=in -- very helpful staff, with the little English they spoke. Nevertheless, they did their best to help us. Plenty of free parking, but the breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. "

"Lovely property centrally located in the town square with many shop and restaurants near by. The roof top pool and deck were great for a 360 sunset view over the town.
