"Our room was beautiful, looked just like the photos. Lots of things to do. We came to visit a family member who moved here. The only downside was that no one is very fond of Americans, so demeanor and service changed quite a bit once we started talking and the knew we were from the US, it was made pretty obvious. Other than that the hotel and area are very nice places. "

"This is a place you get a bed to sleep and breakfast, but don't expect anything great. Everything is very basic and the hotel needs a face uplift. At least during this stay it was totally over-priced (about 200 euro)."

"This hotel is beautiful - from outside. It needs some serious renovation. The bathrooms are very outdated and super small. I had to request a change of rooma because of a moldy bathroom. The smell gave me an instant headache. This can’t be healthy! All the rooms I have experienced unfortunately have that old room smell. Please restore this beautiful historically valuable building!"

The price is amazing for what you get, we stayed in the Villas and the apartment was very nice. The staff have always been so nice and the area is just beautiful. "The overall experience was nice, but not awesome as one could expect. The igloo itself is nicely decorated but the final touch is missing. The reception is most likely the same for all the resort quest - if you’re staying in a motel room or in one of the igloos. There are diverse saunas beside a lake and the igloos but none were available. The personnel’s eagerness to sell more was none existing as we requested a possibility for the smoke sauna. "A fantastic property and very well thought-through in set-up. The central living room & dining area was a great space for our family of 4 and the 2 adjoining bedrooms worked really well. The sauna is located in a separate suite which was great as it allowed us to maximise use of the adjoining outdoor terrace too. "
