"This spotless apartment was fabulous and great value. Warm welcome by staff, we parked right at the door of our unit. Well equipped and comfortable with super outdoor area overlooking the water. The room was spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable bedding and linen was clean and smelled so fresh. Kitchen well equipped with all our needs and more. Huge ensuite, with super hot shower with great water pressure. Ideally located, we strolled to the ferry and local pub. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was lovely and not at all cramped. The only issue was there were no dishes and nothing to wash them with. Reception were so lovely and gave us dishes but we had to try and wash them in the bathroom. Not ideal if you want to eat your own breakfast and have a microwave dinner. So great room if you have all your meals out."

"A 4star experience. Would be 5 star except there was no microwave ( apparently in any apartment) and no breakfast bowls (with no breakfast supplied). "

"Over all the property catered to all our needs,beds were very comfortable,kitchen well equipped . The only problem I found was the toilets found it difficult to close the door in downstairs area. A design error. "

"The place to be for quiet, solitude, nature and comfort. Huge self contained lodge, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Only stayed two nights but could have stayed a week. Kangaroos were a bonus treat. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at Bancroft apartments. We love it. Great location, with the best view. It's got everything you need, except WIFI. It's clean and comfortable; my only criticism is some of the cooking equipment needs to be updated eg, the fry pan."
