"The neighbourhood was safe. Buses run every three minutes though easy walk to town when the bus was on strike. Two grocery stores near the hotel. Staff were more than accommodating. Buffet breakfast was amazing and staff there were prompt and polite. Once the renos are done it was be amazing. Cheers to the gentleman driving the shuttle service. He was lovely and very prompt. "

"My wife and I stayed at the Scandic Frankfurt Museumsufer on two occasions during May 2024, both before and after a Rhine River cruise, and absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was SUPERB...so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was EXCELLENT with a huge variety of choices...and ALL of it was DELICIOUS! The hotel location is THE BEST...an easy, flat ten minute walk from the Frankfurt Main train station...and a short block from the Main River promenade. I give this hotel my STRONGEST...

"Such a beautiful property in a quiet local neighborhood close to transit or if you’re a walker it’s just a 30 minute walk to the touristy area. The view from the restaurant is breath taking!! Would definitely stay again or recommend to anyone. It’s also halfway between the main train station and the airport if you are travelling from elsewhere and flying in or out!!! "

"Stayed here for a layover. Did its job. Fairly clean. Not much around. Highlight was the Little Shanghai Chinese Restaurant, within walking distance about 3 min, great food. About 10-15 taxi ride to airport "

"I should knock down their score for the too thin curtains and sewer, et al smell from the bath and the noise their workers made. The kitchen and the smokers in it must share the same pipes as my shower. Food and cigarette smells came through the pipes. Sewer smell came through the toilet. They also gave me a room on a floor where they did repair work at seven am. Plus the maids were outside crinkling garbage bags endlessly. Walls were thin. Wifi was slow."
