"I loved the hotel and the room, it had character and historic appeal. I was in the single room, I was worried it'd be small but to my surprised it was quite large, I had plenty of space for my luggage and didn't feel cramped at all, I was very happy with it. Bathroom was small, not an issue for me but might be for bigger humans. Staff at the reception desk were very nice, the breakfast lady - not so much. Location was good, very close to the river and bridges, a short walk from the station. "

"The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess. "

"Lovely hotel but rooms were tiny! Very noisy at night, lots of shouting even after 1 am in the morning! Suggest you have a lake view room not a building site room!"

"Very friendly and helpful reception counter staffs. Stefan even offered us bottled water when we were checking out for us to stay hydrated. The hotel is very near the train station and easy to wheel luggage from the train station to the hotel. The hotel is just opposite Migros and there is also a side entrance to the train station platform from there. Very convenient esp if it is raining. There is airconditioning at the hotel, so we can keep our windows closed, which are quite sound proof. The...

"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"This is a beautiful property! We were in Switzerland for 10 days and although we were only at this location one night it was hands down the nicest room of the stay. The lake view room was so beautiful. Great location and very convenient for travellers as the bus station is right outside the building."
