"Clean and nicely decorated hotel with great location near sites and metro. Breakfast was great, good quality and variety. Service/staff was the best. Ms. Serena at the front desk was most courteous, accommodating and professional. We will definitely go back to this hotel next time in Milan. "

"The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to many casual restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The interior design of the room is a nice touch, and the property is very generous with perks—specifically the complementary water and snacks, which far exceed what most hotels provide. The 24-hour gym is well-maintained with brand-new equipment. Throughout my stay, the staff were accommodating and professional. I would definitely stay at this property again."

"Room wasn’t cleaned and when asked why, the receptionist was rude and dismissive over the phone. I had to come down to reception to voice my concerns - still received no answer as to why. As a result of no clean towels upon arrival after a day out, we had to wait around for housekeeping meaning missing our evening reservation plans."
