"We booked for 4 nights as a couples break but loved it so much that we put our flights back 3 days and booked to stay a further 3 nights on the hotels.com app. Beds are hige and very comfortable. Room is huge and clean/ brand new condition. Very modern. "

" Good food, the staff is beyond praise, they try to do everything as quickly and efficiently as possible, very fast and friendly service in the bars and restaurant and at the reception, everything is clean, both in the surrounding area and in the rooms. What I didn’t like: air conditioning, if it’s hot, it’s better to choose another hotel, it hardly cools the room, maybe they save money and don’t turn it on at full capacity. They don't provide towels for the pool. Loss of room key , loss of key...

"nice hotel , well situated on the beach front ,all inclusive food was good .The waiters who cleared the tables were lovely as were some of the bar staff .However .....reception staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful ( I believe other customers have commented on this in reviews I`ve read) , 2 men took our bags to our room s -I`m perfectly capable of this and then stood there waiting for a tip , my daughter at the time was in her room on her own and this made her feel very uncomfortable.The...

"Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach."

"On arrival the receptionist was very rude.got to the room i guess it was just ok.def not 4* The sofabed was like sleeping on a wooden board,Food was cold and mostly catered for russians,Bulgarians&Germans,my kids didnt like the food atall,staff in restraunt were very miserable,We asked for table tennis bats staff didnt understand a word we said.pool was freezing.no indoor pool like stated in ad,No washer or dryer either.The friendliest of staff were the cleaners and a nice guy in the snack bar...
