"Al Terre di Mare was the perfect place for our 3 nights in Cinque Terre. The hotel is charming and clean, with gorgeous views and a wonderfully-appointed room with everything we needed. "This was an excellent choice for a day trip to Cinque Terra. Shert walk to the station and then 10 minutes to start Cinque Terra tour from the north. Much quieter than La Spezia and local secret I think. Right on the beach. The hosts were lovely people and though I booked the day later it was no trouble to change for me. They set a high standard in hospitality."

"I actually booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was closer to La Spezia. What a great mistake! We immediately fell in love with it and actually changed the next part of our trip in order to spend another night here. It is definitely off the beaten path, but that is what we liked about it. "Hotel Porto Roca is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are brand new - super clean, modern, wonderful bathroom. Our room was a 2 room suite with a large balcony overlooking the sea - absolutely stunning views. Breakfast buffet was very nice with a large selections. Hotel offers transportation to and from main part of town - a very short walk but with luggage transportation is was very beneficial. Highly highly recommend this hotel . "

"I loved my stay at Cinqueterre Residence so much. The owners provide so much helpful information before and after check in. It was very good for finding the place, picking restaurants to try, and finding hiking paths. They are wonderful hosts. They helped me arrange a taxi when I left and always filled my water bottle. The breakfast was so good and the property is beautiful. Truly cannot say enough good things. As long as stairs and mobility are not an issue for you, you will love it."

"The setting of the hotel is beautiful; however, the hotel is not particularly equipped to deal with international guests. My experience in August was anything but relaxing with screaming Italian children at the beach, unattended and unsupervised by their parents. "The property and location were excellent! You can’t get much better. The beach is so close. Great stroll to town each night for dinner. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great . The only concern is that its time to upgrade the beds .. very uncomfortable "
