We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough!

Lovely place, terrific service!

Amira & Emanuele were gracious hosts who went out of their way to pick us up at the train station on our arrival and arrange a taxi for our departure. They even had excellent recommendations for restaurants. Room was extremely clean! They made out overnight stay in La Spezia wonderful!

The host of the place is super welcoming and make your stay comfortable. I enjoyed staying here as it is close to main walking areas. The place is clean and very modern and has all necessities. Wifi is fast. You can also leave your luggage if you want to travel more in nearby areas. Definitely recommend this place for stay

The service and room itself were wonderful. Clean, modern and very comfortable bed. Emanuele was a great host, messaging us to make sure we got settled in and providing extra water, arranging for a taxi. The building that the room was located in was very old and smelled like smoke. It was off putting entering. Not a great location to get to the centre of la Spezia and not very walkable.

Our host Emanuele went above and beyond for us. He gave us his personal cell and even offered to pick us up. I will definitely book again with him, he was very hospitable. The place was very clean and comfortable, everything also looked brand new.

Owners are hands down the best couple !!!! So over the top helpful and friendly! They stored our luggage because we were early getting there and didn’t want to walk around with the luggage pieces! He gave us an umbrella because it was raining and he was so kind! The next day we were driven to the train station He helped us get our train ticket and rush us to the train so we wouldn’t miss it ! We can speak highly enough of this place! Newly renovated and beautiful!! Downfall is there is not a lot to do in La Spezia But this place is very nice and the owners made it such a great experience.

This was a fabulous stay! The unit was immaculate, exactly like the photos. The unit was well decorated and the furniture was modern and comfortable. It was like your own little condo in Italy! So cute! It even had an umbrella for your use. They thought of every little detail. The hosts were the best I have ever encountered. The first communication was with Amir who captured our time of arrival, etc. and passed along to her husband Emanuele who picked us up at the train station and gave us a ride to the unit. How convenient. He took the time on arrival to the unit to educate us on the local area such as bus stop ( right outside the unit) possible local areas of interest. Including the Co-op which was just a 5 minute walk where you can get groceries, wine, and toiletries. The next day we checked out and were heading to Cinque Terre before taking a train to Nice. Emanuele volunteered to drop us back to the train station, store our bags, and meet us back at the train station with our bags on our return from Cinque Terre. Absolutely amazing service! This place is perfect! Just book it! Don’t hesitate! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre.

The hosts could not have been more helpful. The do not have reception but were in constant contact with us before our arrival date to make sure someone could meet us. Our train was later than expected and as we were traveling we asked the best way to get to the property. Emanuele picked us up ( he says he does when he can) helped us up to the room smart overall operations, including he shows how to take the bus back to the train s a toon for our trip to t Cinqueterre area. They have a wonderful welcome packet with lots of great info, including recommendations. We got to see the Oasis of the Seas dock probably less than 200 yards from our balcony. If we had a question he was very responsive to our texts. A wonderful stay.

Excelente! Los propietarios fueron muy amables de recogernos desde el lugar que llegamos a La Spezia y como nos íbamos en ferry a visitar Cinque Terre, nos guardaron nuestro equipaje hasta cuando regresáramos por la noche. El cuarto espacioso y muy limpio, igual que el baño. Muy buena experiencia!
