Pianosa 4 Stars Hotels

"Not sure why this place has a 4 star rating, a 3-star rating is being nice. While it’s close to the beach and the house keeping staff were amazing, that’s about all the nice things I can say. The check in staff was rude and basically threw us our key and didn’t explain anything. We got yelled at for parking near our room after being told to park there to unload our bags ourselves. While there is a private beach for the hotel, they don’t tell you beforehand hand that you have to pay to use it....

"Beautiful location. Reception clerk helpful in showing us the path to town and a dinner recommendation. View from room amazing. The only negative is the spa hot tub was not hot or clean. The Turkish spa was great. "

"This property is beautiful! Your own private beach, aperitivo by the pool, buffet breakfast and multi course lunches and dinners. What more do you need? The rooms are pretty basic, but the views are incredible. Service is excellent and the staff is friendly. We would stay here again."

"It’s an older hotel, needs renovation. My kids A/c didn’t work, our tv had no signal. They tried to overcharge me at checkout. It’s in a nice area with a good place to swim and relax by the water. "

È stato corretto e gentile, mi ha chiamata più volte e l'hotel in cui ho soggiornato mi ha offerto un servizio superiore a quello prenotato. Per questo motivo l'hotel Tamerici merita il massimo punteggio."

"There’s a public beach nearby (NOT a hotel beach) and the Hotel has a pool. The photo from the air is a bit misleading as it looks like the hotel has a beach with lounge chairs, which it does not. The bicycles, which Hotels.com lists as being free to use, are only free for one hour of use, which wasn’t enough for us—we needed more time to make using them feasible. On-site parking is good (but extremely tightly spaced). Room condition ok, and breakfast was fine. The town is very nice. "

"Maximiliano and Stefano were awesome! Super friendly, cordial and provided excellent information about the entire island!!! One thing though you need to be in pretty decent shape! Would not recommend it for people that are not in some aerobic shape!"

"Great views of the bay and beach. A beautiful location. Room clean but very basic, needs an upgrade, door sticks, first hotel or b&b I've visited in 20 years with no kettle or hot drink facilities in room. Nothing in room fridge except for water and 2 tins of beer and they charge for both. Absolutely no entertainment or guest facilities/enjoyment provided, nothing to do here but eat and drink very expensive and pretentious food in very small portions. Strongly biased to German and Italian guests...

"Nice Hotel, newly renovated with good Size rooms and silent at night. Breakfast is good, Pool area is big and Hotel is near to the beaches. Just the street crossing is a little dangerous a it is in a corner. Parking even under roof, is available. We had dinner twice and food is ok, no highlights, but for 30Euro/Person absolutely fine. Not everyone of the stuff talks english. Wifi in our room was weak, but they have a smart TV in the room where you can watch Youtube or Amazon Prime at night....

"We had a room on the top floor with a private balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. All of the rooms are only accessible from exterior stairs following the hill. The top floor room was very nice but quite a long haul with a heavy suitcase. It is not for the faint of heart."

"This is a modern hotel with rooms on the small side, but with excellent room soundproofing. It is just two blocks from the beach and a pleasant twenty-minute walk to the center of town. Breakfast is comprehensive, and the evening meals included with half-board are prepared to a high standard. The staff was kind and careful, from top to bottom. The only down-side for us was that the internet was not secure, and my firewall would not allow me access. We found a cafe in the center of town which had...
