Glad we stayed

Having read a few negative reviews we nearly didn't book here - but it was a great experience in such a grand historic building right next door to Napoleone's villa. Rooms are the small size but good.

Bucht auf gar keinen Fall dieses Hotel. Angeblich haben wir das beste Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen, aber die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient. Wir konnten aufgrund des Gestanks nachts nicht schlafen. Dieses Problem gab es in der kompletten Unterkunft. Für den kostenlosen Shuttleservice mussten wir einen Sonnenschirm und Liegen für 30 € pro Tag zusätzlich zahlen, damit wir den Shuttleservice erst nutzen konnten.

un bellissimo hotel in una villa dell'800

Si tratta di un bellissimo hotel in una villa dell'800 accanto a Villa San Martino. Ci sono diversi edifici satellite e non tutte le camere si trovano nell'edificio principale. La piscina è incantevole e l'hotel è molto tranquillo. L'unica cosa di cui bisogna essere consapevoli è che non si tratta di un hotel sulla spiaggia. Si tratta di un hotel con accesso privato alla spiaggia per il quale si pagano 50 € per una navetta, ombrellone e 2 lettini, oppure 55 € per parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio della spiaggia privata, ombrellone e 2 lettini. Abbiamo scelto di trovare le nostre spiagge libere, ma avremmo usato quelle dell'hotel se il prezzo fosse stato più ragionevole.

Naturskönt läge, härlig pool och ståtligt hotell

Underbart hotell med gamla anor i naturskön miljö. En plats för återhämtning. Älskade poolen och de omgivande höga bergen. Hotellet har fin men något dyr frukost, lunch och middag. Dessutom en enkel bar. För oss räckte det med god cappuccino och croissant till frukost. Trevlig personal. Perfekt plats för utflykter till hela ön. Vi hyrde bil och körde runt ön, för att sedan njuta av den närliggande enkla servicen och promenad till bergstopparna. Buss finns, för billig resa (1Euro) in till Portoferraio men bara fram till kl 20.

C est un hotel magnifique avec une partie dependance où nous etions toute aussi belle le personnelle tres sympathique et qui n hesite pas à vous expliquer ,très pratique la navette qui comprend 2 transats et un parasol pour 20 € la journée complète ca je le conseille car pour se garer c est tres diffile il faut se garer le long fe la route qui monte qui monte!! Sinon tout etait parfait tres bel endroit

Napoleonica è l'età delle camere. Arredamento vecchio, sporco e tutto ciò che rende questo hotel ma incubo. Il parcheggio mal segnalato si trova dopo la struttura in una strada sterrata a 250 mt dall'hotel dove resta complicato anche trasportare le valigie. Tutto l'ambiente è veramente datato, sporco e mal tenuto. La camera è con una moquette tremenda, la coperta copriletto che emana polvere ad ogni spostamento. Mobilia antiquata e piena di polvere. Fuori dalla finestra i piccioni che picchiettano alla finestra. Le finestre sono senza persiane, ma con tende oscuranti sporche che non oscurano completamente, quindi ti svegli quando esce il sole. Non ho avuto il coraggio di usare l'ascensore nonostante avessi la camera al quarto piano per paura di rimanere bloccato. L'unica cosa che si salva è il personale gentile, disponibile e molto cortese

Bellissima struttura anche se a noi hanno dato la camera in dependance, comunque carina ma con letto scomodissimo! Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La pecca è la colazione: cornetti pochi e se arrivi dopo le 9 inesistenti… torte già tagliate a pezzetti (non a fette) il che sembravano resti del giorno prima!

Personale accogliente e gentilissimo , anche i giovani davvero cordiali e carini. Bella la villa 800centesca stile liberty, le camere da rinnovare con poco sarebbero molto accoglienti, la piscina (sporcata dai clienti premetto) da mantenere piu pulita con controlli, forse togliere siepi ed edere finte da sostituire con il magnifico verde che la zona offre . Sconsiglio la camera 211 che ha vista su muro...

Box doccia datato e mostrava difficoltà nel chiudersi con numerosa muffa nei bordi I teli per asciugarsi e la pedana per la doccia sono stati cambiati una volta in 4 notti Numerose Formiche presenti in camera, dopo averlo riferito ci è stato detto di non lasciare cibo nel bidone facendo intendere che la colpa era la nostra Colazione mediocre assolutamente non al livello di un 4 stelle

Lors de notre arrivée le 07 août, nous sommes arrivée à 16h30, alors que nous pouvions intégrer notre chambre d après les conditions d arrivée a partir de 15h30, or a la réception on nous informe que la chambre n est pas disponible le ménage n a pas été fait, le personnel de la réception nous dit d aller à la piscine et au bar pour patienter, nous prenons 2 fanta canette servit sans faire et là on nous demande de payer 10 euros...au bout 1h, soit 17h30, on retourne à la réception, la on nous informe que la chambre vient d être fini, on nous remets les clefs ... Chambre situé en dehors du bâtiment de l hôtel, la chambre correct mais le ménage laisse a désiré, poussière sur la télé, du reste la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas, et également poussière sur la climatisation...odeur de moisissure des draps du lit, et ainsi que dans les couloirs du bâtiment. Malgres tout personnel correct.ne merite pas les 4 étoiles, dommage car une très belle possible de faire un endroit magnifique.

Bellissima struttura esterna, sembra un castello. Ma quando si entra nella stanza si salvi chi può! Camere datate e vecchie, bagni orribili con il lavandino che era pure intasato. Le quattro stelle dell’albergo le giustifico solo per la colazione e la location che merita. Per il resto le camere da ristrutturare e i letti scomodissimi!!
