"This is our third visit to Saletoga, and we were in the same Villa we had been in the past, which is now looking and feeling tired. Beds were uncomfortable, and small repair jobs needed to be completed, broken fan face (still operational) broken soap shelf detail (still usable). Small detail, toilet roll not replaced on arrival. "Chateau Royalw was wonderful. It is kept spotlessly clean and the staff go out of there to help you with anything you need. The pool area is beautiful and the bar will come by with free mini drinks or fruit to help you keep cool. The spa is excellent, we had two different treatments and they were both worth every penny. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. We had a partial ocean view. The balcony was tilted downward, and pretty small so we never really used it. My only complaint is they...

"Loved the overwater bungalows"

"This was an amazing stay for me, my mum and bubba. We loved how gorgeous it was, the breakfast was amazing 😍 and massage services bomb. Staff were friendly! And we managed to catch the fiafia night, and they catered to my vegetarian diet!! And the siva afi (fire dancing) was so stunning. Worth a watch!! Defs worth a stay lol much nicer than many other resorts in Samoa. "

"We loved our stay here and we definitely will book it again. We booked an Ocean View Suite and it did not disappoint. The view was spectacular and loved that we had a small kitchenette with Fridge and Freezer. Breakfast Buffet in the morning was beautifully set up with something for every Pallet. "I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly.
