"Very nice, clean and friendly hotel close to all the attractions in Bath. Comfortable and spacious room with good mattresses. If there was one thing to change it has to be the TV: there is a nice smart tv in the room, but all the apps have been disabled, and in the evening, when wifi is heavily used, the tv connection suffers and the quality dwindles."

"Lovely clean hotel, the reception area smelt amazing as we walked in. Noticed a very lovely bar area, umbrellas you could rent and an Uber machine. I thought these extra services were very clever to offer. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The bathroom was also very modern and well designed. "This place was absolutely fantastic! I travel around a fair bit. I had the best sleep I have had in any hotel, black out curtains, cool, not just quiet..silent! No banging doors and creaky floor boards and the comfiest bed and pillows. Beautiful views of the surrounding water wildlife and building itself to wake up to. Everything worked and made the stay easy, spacious parking, easy warm showers..no faffing, spacious well designed rooms. Clean, friendly staff and excellent facilities. I came...

"The Leonardo was very clean, staff were really nice, lovely comfy beds n pillows and the breakfast was very good. I was on the 5th floor facing the rear and the room was very quiet. Park opposite the front of the hotel not at the back and save yourself £3/day. A quick but comfortable stay. "
