The only thing I would say that was not professional was a lack of response (none at all) to an email I had sent a few days prior departure, and also some of the staff were more friendly and helpful than others. "Lovely hotel with very nice breakfast, also the restaurant serves good food for an evening meal too. Great location when visiting Sibiu, easy to park with free on street spaces close to the hotel. Room very clean and modern. Couldn't fault our stay at Exclusive Hotel and More, thoroughly enjoyed it and we would return."
