"Hacienda Kaan Ak was a fabulous experience and stay. This was mainly driven by the caring and humble staff that work there. The staff keep the heart beating of the hacienda. There is so much more potential for the grounds itself and I wish it and the owner well in continued development of the property "

"A unique converted mansion. Gracious host whose English was as bad as my Spanish but we managed. Night staff was fluent so there were no problems. Valladolid is a hidden gem and Coqui Coqui was memorable "

"Staying at the Oriundo was like staying in paradise. The villas are beautiful and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The concierges—Willy and Leidy, were always available and quick to respond to Whatsapp messages and the housekeeping team Fani and Cinthia took excellent care of us and our space. The massages were great, and we loved having bikes that we could use on the property. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel had wonderful facilities, in terms of the comfort of the rooms, the beautiful garden and the helpful And friendly attitude of the staff, especially the reception who were extremely helpful. The only downside was the distance from the hotel to the centre by foot along a busy main road. The hotel were very good at arranging taxis in to town but a ‘shuttle’ service might have been useful."

"Luis was an amazing host! He greeted us on arrival with fresh made lemonade and showed us where to park. Gave us plenty of tips for things to do and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! While our trip was very short, we will be coming back to stay longer and explore more of the area! "
