"The property was extremely clean and well kept. The easy access to the beach was a plus. The staff was very friendly. "

"If I stated everything I loved about the property I’d be here forever, only negatives I have are the toilet in my room was leaking when I got there, which was fixed asap but then it would continuously try to fill the tank with water and I’d have to manually drop the lid after each use. 2 I never got a WiFi password and the cable signal was poor, with and without the storm. Minor inconveniences, excellent service of I go anywhere else with a graduate in town I will be staying there "

"Excellent location, clean downtown area, walkable with a variety of outdoor dining options. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room service food was amazing. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"At the arrival we couldn’t find any parking spot at the Hotel. So we had to drive around and wait until someone left and we were able to park the car to start the check in process. Staff is friendly! The room wasn’t spotless clean but it was ok for 2 nights however the beds were very small ( twin size) . All in all we enjoyed staying at Berkeley hotel in Richmond VA. Hope we’ll have the chance to come back again! "

"Arrived early but hotel had no power due to construction nearby. No one panicked, all was fine. Power back on in 90 mins. Room was good but … when I ran water in the bathroom sink, I heard gurgling in the shower drain (???) and then there was a swampy/sewer smell. Gross. Not the staff’s fault but waaay off putting"
