“Excellent”

“Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies.”

“The location, concept, interior, service, etc. are fantastic. In particular, the staff's proactive and professional response was excellent. However, there were some problems with payment communication. I did not hear any information that there was a limit to the amount of breakfast. This is the first time I have seen a system that limits meal costs. Some additional costs, such as drinks, were indicated on the invoice as lunch costs. We had problems communicating with each other a few times.”

“Great service, great breakfast, great location, beautiful atmosphere. The rooms are a bit small but I guess it’s London. ”

“최신식 시설의 넓고 깨끗한 침실과 넓고 청결한 욕실, 친절한 도어맨과 리셉션 직원에게서 아주 좋은 인상을 받았습니다. 런던에 가면 다시 묶고 싶은 호텔입니다.”

“위치가 너무 좋습니다 ! 주변 시설으루생각한다면 무저건 추천”

“This is a capsule hotel. It is good for 2-3days and the big luggage must be in a storage room. For me, I paid £16(for 24 hours) for 23kg big luggage bag. It is a new hotel.”

“Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room”

“There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay.”

“트라팔가 광장에 있으니 위치가 아주 만족스러워요. 주위 미술관들 오페라극장 도보로 가능하고 객실도 깨끗하고 지내기 좋아요.”

“Amazing, beautiful and very well maintained hotel with beautiful suites and amenities. The only thing, I didn’t love the breakfasts there”
