“Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. A great location but for the price and to advertise as a 5 star hotel is false. Polish is needed. Attention to the furnishings are also needed. Its not a 5 star hotel. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location.”

“This property is beautiful and in a great part of the city. The rooms are clean and decorated with higher end materials and fabrics. The only drawback is that if you are on a lower floor like the 3rd or 4th floor you can hear the music on club nights -- Friday and Saturday. IF you're going to be staying at this hotel on the weekend then ask for a room on a higher floor.”

“Josh, the epitome of exceptional service, elevated the beauty of New York with his personal touch and kindness. For those seeking to experience the elegance, sophistication, and unparalleled quality of New York, I wholeheartedly recommend this extraordinary hotel that redefines luxury on a whole new level.”
