This was a great stay in a wonderful location! Not much extra space in the rooms but that was fine - who is staying in their room all day in NYC? I did have some remote work to do during my stay - the lobby was wonderful! So cozy and colorful to hang out in. Great coffee too!

This Aloft in Chelsea is in such a great location that I stay here every visit to Manhattan. It is in a lovely neighborhood and has great access to all the subway lines. The hotel itself is always clean and the staff are always friendly. There are no meals served in this hotel, but there is an evening bar and 24-hour togo snack station. I love the outside seating area and always feel safe here.

Aloft Hotel, Chelsea is located in a great location especially traveling with family. The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were decently sized for New York and clean. I would stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my trip to New York City. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy all that New York has to offer. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful view. Also our fridge in the room stayed very cold which is always a nice treat. Downside is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and we had to wait a very long time for the elevator each time we wanted to leave (we were on floor 32) so that may have played a part. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. We asked about arranging a taxi for the return back to the airport and a service was arranged for a flat fee of $75. She took our info and called us that morning to let us know our car was ready, less than Uber or taxi and it was a luxury black SUV. Definitely worth asking about. Great location and would recommend staying.

Great view of the old neighborhood (and beyond) from my room on 30th floor. I was born (70 years ago) just a block away and grew up in Chelsea. The friendly staff made my homecoming extra special. Location is convenient to just about everything, too!

Great location, with many food options nearby. Appreciated the steamer in the room. We arrived late in the evening and was grateful that check-in was still open but we didn't receive much information on what our rate covered and what amenities the hotel offered that we had to go back to the front desk in the morning to enquire.
