"Liked the property generally. The staff was very nice, made good recommendations. The air conditioning was not working well, which made it uncomfortable in the room. Also, there were a minimum of electrical outlets, which made it somewhat difficult to keep things charged. Finally, The shower design was poor."

" The hotel staff were very friendly and were kind enough to speak to us in English. They even offered us options for a bath or a shower and view of the city. If you ever consider paying extra for the breakfast- do it. We were recommended the hotel for it's comfort and breakfast and it was worth it. Do try the egg station they are so so good. The staff were ever so friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable and you can even check out leave your luggage safely at the hotel...

"Just a short walk up the hill from the center of old town, right below the Roman theaters. This hotel was 5 star all the way. In particular the concierge gave us top recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. Our room had a view of the picturesque and tranquil gardens of the courtyard which was amazing to sit on our balcony each morning and have coffee."

"Unique and beautifully appointed 13th century chateau. Service was spotty because of end of season w limited staff. Otherwise, just beautiful! General Manager was an excellent host. "
