"Updated, comfortable and clean hotel. What imakes it stand out from the plethora of luxury hotels downtown is the sraff's exceptional hospitality. Being from the same industry i did appreciate the unbeatable combination of a very comfortable bed, tv with smart view, rainfall shower, scrumptious breakfast with great cofee, beatiful spa and the warm smiles of all the employees eager to help you at any moment. There are policies that are a bit unusual and i havent experienced in other hotels prior...

"Very cool adn cpmfortable boutique hotel in a an excellent downtown location. Amazing rooftoop restaurant and bar with some of teh best views in town and an excellent cusine. I would have given the full marks for service except for teh fact that once again a cleaning lady from housekeeping stormed into teh room catching me in my birthday suit, seems to be a common theam in many hotels."

"Nice location, great staff. Didn’t like that only one elevator was working (I understand there is construction work going on, but keep 2 out of 3 elevators working, please). The Executive Lounge was rather poor, compared to other hotels, in terms of food and drinks."

"The hotel is rather plush and comfortable. There are lots of sculptures scattered about the public areas which is nice. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Parking in the hotel car park is charged at 10 lev per day. Our shower door leaked. There was pornography on the TV the moment I turned it on and disturbingly even when I changed channels the pornography came back when I left the tv unattended. The sauna and swimming pool are charged extra and expensive and a swimming cap is mandatory. "
