New hotel. While they are working out the kinks, and the hallways and basement area between the garage and wellness center could be better designed and less industrial/cold, the hotel has great rooms, a great spa and pool area, and a great restaurant. Not truly ski-in/ski out, but only a short walk to the slope.

Great place for vacation

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are roomy, very nice. The pools and spa services are top notch. The location is great, Ortesei is a great town and base for hiking in the Dolomite’s. If you have a chance to stay at this hotel, do it!

Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent.

Absolutely beautiful. Warm pools and great spa experiences. Very easy to get to town and up to the gondola. Dinner was excellent and always impressed with the breakfast! Lunch-the chicken sandwich was a delicious standout. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had a fantastic three night stay at the Adler and totally loved our experience. All aspects of this hotel were fabulous and well worth the money. The spa was incredible with options for specialty services such as massages, mud baths, and salt grottos that were most enjoyable. The pools and outdoor saunas were also relaxing. The grounds were impeccable and a real oasis of calm. We purchased the half board which allowed us to enjoy extensive breakfast, lunch, afternoon cake, and dinner dining...

Great hotel in a beautiful setting with a lovely spa. Great staff at the front and in the spa/fitness center. Enjoyed the guided mountain bike trip. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! My husband and I travelled during off season so enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay at half board. Staff were extremely attentive, breakfast and dinner was 5 star quality; there were more options to try than you could possible fit in. The spa was heavenly after a long day of hiking. The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. I only wish we skipped Milan and spent a full week here. There is so much to do in all of the small towns. The Como is exquisite. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed and the amenities, food, and facilities perfect. If you get the chance, go out on your terrace at night to take in the beautiful night sky.
