"The property is in a great location with direct access to the beach, if you want to stay away from hustle and bustle this is the place. What I didn't like is, the property(rooms/exterior) is pretty outdated. Needs massive upgrades, esp, seeing rust on the stairs. The other part I didn't like was there was no common area with a microwave, they said they can send a microwave to the room for a fee, and I did not have a problem with the fee, but my problem was that we needed it only to warm milk...

"This is our 2nd summer in a row staying at the Ritz, and honestly, I don’t know that we’d stay anywhere else when visiting Maui. The property is just gorgeous, with it’s various pools, dining options, and that lounge that really gives that WOW factor as you first walk in. "Location is fantastic place is clean and rooms are super nice. Things could Get better over all. Transportation around the resort could be better and the staff could be a bit nicer. I would give this place 7.5 out of 10 but the ONLY reason I’ll give it a 10/10 is because of the chef Jose over at the cookhouse restaurant.
