"Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights, room looked the same as the photos. Cleaned every day and bottled water provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrobes were ideal as we used the wellness centre. I'd recommend using wellness centre if you have time and book yourself a treatment, we did and it was very relaxing. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with small changes every day but enough choice to suit everybody. While Uber was recommended we walked into...

"Great quiet hotel in Porto. Just don’t believe the photos that make you believe you’re getting a balcony on the luxury suites. It’s only a window, amazing view, yes, but only if you sit at the window. Hotels.com need to remove misleading photos. "

"The staff at the hotel were all friendly, attentive and helpful. We were initially unsure of the location with it being the other side of the river, but think this was the better location as everywhere was downhill on the way back, and you have a good view over Porto with lots of nice places to eat out! "

"The Editory Aliados is a beautiful hotel. We loved the staff that functioned as both reception and concierge. The breakfast was very nice, although some variety from day to day would have nice. The bar was small and intimate. The location was perfect with lots of dining and things to do within a few minutes walk. A metro stop was just a few feet from the front door. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Outstanding bathrooms!"

"Most things were fab (food, cocktails, bar staff, pool etc!) Reception staff not helpful/rude was told to get my own ice from the bar for example. They also didn’t bring up any of our VIP awards / perks. "
