"The staff at the hotel were really friendly and caring. They served us well and were always there to help with anything we needed. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re going to Hurghada. The all-inclusive experience was great, with plenty of pools and beaches to choose from."

Cons: Reception staff is not professional enough, calling reception from room is a nightmare, reception is mostly occupied and in a small area, SPA is very expensive and not professional at all, Beach bed is muddy, slippery and not good at all Pool bars serve only beverages, no snacks permitted!! "The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise. "

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff.
