"They allowed us to check in very early and the bed was wonderful. We ate at LSB, the sports bar where the portions were huge. Later we dined at China Red restaurant and once again the food was delicious and generous when it came to servings. The staff throughout the facility were amazing!"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with many choices. I must mention the view of the pyramids while dining at one of the three restaurants. I will stay here when ever visiting Cairo/Giza"

"Most of the staff were welcoming and professional. They were very protective of their guests which I like very much. Safety of guests was one of their main priorities. The hotel was very clean. It is located in a good area which is less than five minutes drive from Cairo International Airport. Food was above average. Work seems to be taking place at the hotel during the day so it was very noisy. Overall, my stay was good."

"I had a good time staying there until the time I checked out this morning. The guy at the front desk was rude and so unprofessional. He asked me if I had eaten any snacks or drink any alcohol in my room.i told him I didn’t even see them. He kept asking me over and over.Then he told me if I eat in the dining room I need to pay for it. I told him it was charge d to the room. He was rude and totally ruined my day. "

"Kempinski is supposed to be a 5 Star hotel and experience however some aspects have let us down during our stay. Their Bar fridges were malfunctioning and some items in the room from a house keeping perspective were not up to standard. Their breakfast was amazing albeit the service in the Resturant has been disappointing to a point where I carried dishes off our messy table. "

"Fantastic hotel in Maadi area. The Nile view was stunning and on clear days I could see the pyramids. The staff were amazing in all departments from housekeeping to dining to reception. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were extremely helpful with helping organise my stay and trips outside the hotel. There is a Chinese and Mediterranean restaurant both of which were excellent."

"I love the place, probably my only complaint is not enough options for food such of gluten free items, and the receptionist pretty rude. Other than that amazing people specially the cleaning stuff love them all."
