"We booked an overwater bungalow for two nights and had an amazing time. Our bungalow was beautiful—we basically checked in and only left for breakfast or to go snorkeling around the resort. There was honestly no reason to leave otherwise. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. We celebrated our 20th anniversary while we were there, and the staff decorated our room as a surprise to help us celebrate, which was such a lovely touch. Breakfast was good, and we absolutely loved snorkeling around the hotel "grounds." There are two easy options for getting into the water: one around the pool area and another via a ladder at the end of the dock. Both were extremely easy to access. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but gear was also available to rent if needed. There were plenty of activities offered, but honestly, we were perfectly happy just lying in our overwater hammocks watching the fish below or swimming in our private infinity pool. We ordered room service a few times, and it was always prompt, correct, and hot when it arrived. The staff went above and beyond whenever we asked for anything. This is definitely a "destination resort." Going into town for restaurants or other activities would require arranging a Grab or taxi, but for us, that was completely beside the point. We came here to relax and enjoy the resort, and it was perfect for that. We would absolutely stay here again—and next time, we'd stay longer."

"This hotel was amazing. The location is perfect if you're doing tours, want to go to the nightly fish market, or just want to wander around town. We often had our tour pick us up at the hotel in the morning and simply walked back in the evening because it was so close—and usually faster than driving. We loved sitting out on our balcony in the morning and evening, just watching all the activity in the harbor. I cannot say enough about the breakfast. We checked out over a week ago, stayed at three other hotels, came home to our own kitchen, and we are STILL lusting after it. There was so much to try, and all of it was delicious. And the coffee! They had regular drip coffee, which was what we mostly drank, and it was strong and delightful. You could also order cappuccinos, lattes, etc. if that was what you preferred. There was a fresh juice bar that changed each morning, a congee station, a hot sauce station, a "Western" breakfast station, an Indonesian station, a baked goods station, a gluten-free station, and more. We never ate lunch and usually had a light dinner because breakfast was so plentiful. We also celebrated our 20th anniversary while we were there, and they completely decorated our room for the occasion. It was such a lovely surprise and made us feel incredibly special. For early-morning tours, you can order a breakfast box to take with you, and even that was perfect and scrumptious. Should we ever make it back to Labuan Bajo, we would absolutely stay here aga"
