"This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. "We arrived at the hotel at 6 pm amd they said the room was not ready and we said thats not acceptable so finally they upgraded us to a better room."

The same person performs the following tasks, the customer service, room service, concierge and others. the staff everywhere is humble and sweat. However the reception staff lack some professionalism and need lots of training. The resort is highly recommended, I will come again for sure."

"There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great. The town, scenery, sea was great."

"lovely hotel, stayed there five years ago, still good. Right at the end of the resort but bus stop by hotel into marmaris for 25 turkish lira per person and seem to run every five minutes. Don't get a taxi from Dalaman airport it cost us £60.you can pre book in the uk for around £38. "

"Nice Hotel. But a bit noicy , ok food, it gets a lot of noice when there are 200 people in the resturant and then they play music also. Also a lot of peolpe around the swimming pool."
