“The place is very run down. The carpet in the entryway to my room had a huge stain on it. The room itself was not carpeted. It had a VERY old run down window unit air conditioner that was extremely loud when it ran (IF it ran!) The bathroom was extremely small with no vanity or counter space. “Great location right off the boardwalk by one of the piers, and is pet friendly. Decided to stay here for the price and we could bring our dog for a flat rate of $25 for the stay. Room was clean and the AC was great during the heat wave, although the walls were thin and you could hear people leaving the boardwalk in the middle of the night. Free parking was also great although the lot was tight at night when everyone was at the hotel. Would recommend!”
