โWe stay here every time my husband has a hospital visit. Itโs clean, spacious and within walking distance to the hospital. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always check in by phone the day before. Breakfast is simple but very convenient and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have someone in hospital or just staying on the Northside of Brisbane.โ

The location is good to visit some famous places and also to
go grocery. Also, breakfast is FREE!!!
However, for out family, the 3-deck bed is not comfortable.

โWhen checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could...

You can also enjoy in hotel restaurant totally delicious dishes with reasonable price.
Next time I will accommodate this hotel in my next visit in Brisbane.โ

1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)
