โAbsolutely loved the staff member in reception the night of my booking. She was amazing and kind through checking us in while my special needs son was tired/overwhelmed and having a meltdown. 1. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was not explain my book including.
For example, I asked her about my breakfast after the check-in process, for 3 times!!!!!( that night, and then tomorrow morning, and after the breakfast.)

2. I ate the dinner of your hotel restaurant when I arrived day. It's so nice place, nice circumstance.
I couldn't the reservation there so crew asked me to leave...
