Newly built very clean and nicely furnished. 10 minutes walk to Westfield shopping centre which has an unbelievable number of restaurants and wonderful cinema.
Fantastic brand new property, beautiful decor and had everything we needed. Walking distance to chermside shops and a short drive to airport. Will definitely be staying here again
Right from check-in the staff were incredibly attentive, kind and efficient. Throughout our stay they were amazing and very helpful providing an additional night to correct my booking error. Great place, awesome team and will definitely stay again next opportunity.
This motel is close to the Prince Charles Hospital and to Chermside Westfield. It appears relatively new and in good repair with clean amenities. The environment was rather sparse. It had pictures on the walls of the drought-stricken outback which I personally find distressing but I understand the colour scheme was red dirt colour. The TV volume appeared to be set to a low volume which I could not hear. We fiddled around until we got captions on the screen because there was no way to increase the volume- the remote control was not a normal remote control and the TV was programmed through Adina. Otherwise the room was quiet enough and even though we didn’t need it, check out was an hour more than most places, at 11am. The bed was hard which my partner didn’t mind but I couldn’t get comfortable. The staff were not particularly helpful. When I checked in, I asked where to park my car and was simply told “On the street, but not where the yellow lines are”. I don’t know if their parking was full but I didn’t particularly want to park my car out on the street in busy Brisbane. Parking undercover was not even offered . We’ve stayed in nicer motels for far less than this cost and able to have carparking and a TV we could hear.
Clean, shops close, nice staff only issue was limited parking available, make sure you request it prior to staying or you need to park on the street... great hotel through very new.
