"The room clearly needed repairs to the door that hadn't been done. It gave the room a cheap, poorly managed vibe. In addition, the front desk personnel was not very helpful and could have cared less. I know I'm not the only traveler to mentioned the sealing was ripped halfway off the door and just dangling on the floor. You could actually see the exterior hallway as a result. This is a sign of poor maintenance and upkeep, and inattentive customer service. I will not be staying at another Mainstay Suites again."

"Yogish, the owner, was so kind. He definitely went above and beyond with his hospitality. The beds (inc pillows) were very comfortable and clean. I like pillows that stay plumped instead of flattening like pancakes under my head and neck. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. I would suggest a lamp or night light in the bathroom because as is, the light and fan come on together which is disturbing for family members sleeping while another gets up to use the bathroom. And please put more than 1 soap in bathroom: 1 for sink and 1 for shower. Also, hot breakfast was delicious! And it was a quiet hotel so we slept well. Thank you."

"This was a good, clean, convenient to I40 option for us for one night. We were pulling a trailer with another vehicle on it, and the spacious parking lot made it comfortable to get in and out without difficulty. All in all, we would stay here again."
