“I received a message asking when I wanted to check in, and I replied that I would arrive around 17:00. I arrived slightly after 17:30 at the provided address and called the number from the message, but received no answer.
After finally reaching someone on a different number, communication was difficult as the person seemed stressed. I was then informed that the booking had been overbooked and that I had been moved to a different address.
