"The room was dirty. Cleaning is so bad. Hair on bed as if bedsheets weren’t changed. Urine on toilet seat. We arrived after a 7 hour flight and we were very tired just to enter a room that was disgusting. When the cleaning lady came to clean the toilet she tried to convince me that it was already clean and then she cleaned it with a kitchen towel without detergent, thats like smearing urine from one place to another. I was shocked. Will never go there again. "
