“We really enjoyed our stay at The Trout Cafe. Our room was really clean and comfortable, there was an electric fan which was appreciated as it was very warm weather. The shower was easy to use and very good. There were biscuits with the tea and coffee which was nice. We had breakfast and the food was very good and included in the price of the room. “Excellent quality accommodation, situated within sight of the sea front. Very tidy well maintained property, quiet and comfortable. Only problem was car parking facility, which was a council owned park opposite. Charges were very high hourly, £7 for a day. In all, an excellent break. ”

“Lovely old building with some beautiful original features. The rooms we had were extremely spacious and the beds were very comfortable, I certainly had a great night sleep! Breakfast was superb, a great varied menu and happy to make changes to suit. One big bonus was the enclosed garden which was great for the dogs. Sue and the staff we met were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We’ll definitely be back!”
