"Wonderful apartment. Everything was new. The staff were super helpful and courteous. There’s someone available at the front desk 24/7 which is really nice, especially because we had an early departure. The beds were comfy including the sleeper sofa. The shower is to die for. Convenient location, walking distance to good restaurants and several tube stops and museums. We had a wonderful stay and will be back. Thank you Lexham Gardens. "

"Our stay was a bad experience. The first room we were given was on the 1st floor and had a strong smell of damp and mold. On the second day, we requested a room change, but unfortunately the room on the 2nd floor had the same issue. In general, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the entire hotel.
