"Was a good night stay but $150 for pet is excessive for an overnight stay. Other properties in the area charge deposits that are much lower and refund money if no issues. "

"I am generally a really big fan of the Sofitel family of hotels and The Sofitel Rittenhouse is no exception. Great location (it's in the center of everything) and superb service. It is an older hotel, so the rooms are little dated and there is obvious wear and tear on the furniture, but the beds are still the best beds to sleep on in the industry (in my opinion). If you don't mind a little retro charm to your hotel, then this place is great. "

"I’ve traveled a lot and I must say this particular hotel was such an exceptional experience that I actually had to stop into the managers office to praise how terrific it was. The staff…1st rate! Friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. The room was clean, updated, amenities were great and the breakfast was the best buffet I’ve had in an ages at a hotel. Many thanks to everyone at the Ft Washington, Pennsylvania location. I will be back!"
