“Clean room, helpful staff, quiet location!”

“This Tru was switching vendors so there was no soda or water to purchase. I was shocked and felt they should have purchased water that guests could just take for free. We ordered a pick up supper and ended up drinking water from the bathroom sink! Unacceptable”

“Breakfast offered a good variety of foods and the breakfast staff were cheerful and friendly. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and they were attentive to our requests. Overall, our two day stay was pleasant and stress free.”

“Super clean. Close to shops in Waunakee. We use our room for sleeping mostly. This place was perfect for us.”

“Breakfast needs to be updated. Always the same premade foods.”

“The air conditioning and room had a heavy mildew smell. The bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and not long for life. The fridge compressor would clunk loudly every time it shut off.”

“Our stay was disappointing due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The first floor had a strong smell of marijuana throughout our visit. Inside the room, the walls were covered in scuffs, there were visible stains on the ceiling, and the AC/heating unit was dirty, containing debris left behind from previous maintenance or lack of cleaning. The property is in clear need of better upkeep and general repairs.”

“Location was great”

“Large, clean, comfortable & quiet room; staff at the hotel were very helpful.”

“Good!”
