“My shower leaked so bathroom floor was wet all the time. There was mould in the shower .no Fridge. There was litter left in one corner of the room . Breakfast was pretty underwhelming but well staffed and managed. The bed was awful , lumpy and uncomfortable. Ill not be staying here again . It was cheap and I know why. Only one small lift for wheelchair users so if youre a large party or if u have lots of luggage better stay on the ground floor.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.

“Absolutely horrible !!! Staff were horrible and the owner was cursing at me and never got the keys to my cabin even after it being paid and money taken out my account !! Waited for 5 hours just to be told “there has been a double booking” and not even getting a refund or any other cabin !!!!
Unprofessional service and behaviour from the owner and the staff ! So disappointed with this company!!!”
