Konaklamam sırasında yaşadığım son derece rahatsız edici deneyimi paylaşmak zorundayım. Adana seyahatim sırasında iki gecelik ücretini peşin ödediğim otelinizden, ailevi acil bir sağlık durumu (aile büyüğümüzün kalp krizi geçirmesi) nedeniyle planlanandan erken ayrılmak zorunda kaldım. Bu durumu otel yönetimine bildirdim ve otelden ayrıldım. Henüz yolculuğum devam ederken, otel yetkilileri tarafından aranarak tarafıma son derece kaba ve suçlayıcı bir üslupla 'odadaki havluları aldığım' iddia edildi. Hiçbir kanıt veya dayanak olmaksızın, bir misafiri hırsızlıkla itham etmek ve 'yakınlardaysanız getirin' diyerek hesap sormak, kurumsal bir işletmenin sunması gereken hizmet anlayışının çok uzağındadır. İki gecelik ödemesini yaptığım bir hizmetin karşılığında, otelden ayrıldıktan sonra karşılaştığım bu itham ve saygısız tutum, otelinizin güvenilirliğini ve profesyonelliğini benim nezdimde tamamen bitirmiştir. Misafirlerine bu şekilde yaklaşan bir işletmenin hizmet anlayışını diğer potansiyel misafirlerin bilgisine sunarım. Wir sind Stammgäste, wie lieben das Hotel, weil wir unsere Zeit oft in der Altstadt verbringen und dafür ist es dort perfekt. Sehr nah an allem. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Alles im Hotel ist im guten Zustand.

banyoda lavaboda su akmıyordu. lobideki beyefendi memnuniyetimi sorduğunda ilk günümde musluktan su akmadığını söylemiş olmama rağmen dikkate alınmamıştı. lavaboyu kullanmam gerektiği zamanlarda duşa kabinin musluğunu kullanarak ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladım, onun dışında kaldığım odanın kapısı kilitlenmiyordu ; bu durumu da lobiye ilettim skntı olmaz biz burdayız dediler, gerçekten de bi sıkıntı olmamıştı akşama kadar eşyalarım kapısı kilitlrnmeyen odada kaldı bişey olmadı. Her şeye rağmen fiyat uygun merkez konumda bulunuyor otel.

Ist nicht sauber dreckige und haarige bettwäsche zerrissene unh gebrauchte handtücher kaputte türen staubig musste kissen überzug wegnemen und mit eigenen handtuch gewickelt zum schlafen blieb eine nacht war schockiert hat nichts mit fotos im expedia zutun forte ,ruhebereich,esstische,und büfee für frükstück, alles befindet sich im eingansbereich deswegen gibts keine fotos wo man essen kann und es riecht muffig das kan man nicht fotografieren leider nie wieder
