Room was really clean, basic ammenities for self catering included. The only let down was breakfast not having a great cooked meats selection, but cant complain for free. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would visit again.

Really hard beds, no hot water after the first minute. We thought all the negative reviews were from people who were snobby, but it is the truth - you get what you pay for. Breakfast was good, but lunch/dinner was a real roulette of whether it’d be edible. I wouldn’t get all inclusive as the alcohol was really unpleasant! Wine in paper cups was a real highlight.

Clean, nice food and pleasant staff

Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side.

Los apartamentos estaban bien lo que la cama supletoria y el sofá muy incómodo no se pudo dormir bien por el tema ese y que hace muchísimo calor en esos apartamentos!!! El tema de la piscina súper lejos de las habitaciones hay que caminar mucho para ir y después para regresar al apartamento es una subida muy inclinada y mucho camino para mi opinión …. Creo que deberían tener algún ascensor o algo similar !! Porque la verdad se te quita las ganas de ir a la piscina …. El tema del buffet pues poca variedad y repiten mucho la comida .

Habitacion en los tres dias no fueron ni u a vez a limpiar , cucarachas en la habitacion y el baño con olor a orina . El primer dia nos duchamos con agua fria al solo darnos una tarjeta lo usabamos para salir y entrar , mie tras tanto no habia luz en el apartamento y asi el telmo electrico no se calentaba tuve k usar una tarjeta personal , la comida nada de variedad todos los dias lo mismo el desayuno lo que se acababa no reponian xq no tenian , la cafetera del bar piscina rota no buscaron solucion y luego a la cena todos tuvimos que cenar con agua y del tiempo las paquinas de refrescos no funcionaban y de zumos tampoco y nada no buscaron solucion , jna verguenza para pagar un todo incluido no vale la pena , he venido muchas veces pero ya no vendre mas los apartamentos no estan bien cuidados y todo parece viejo , me gustaria que me contestaran y almenos tener una respuesta ante lo susedido

Las camas se hundían al acostarse, entraba mucha claridad en la habitación y por mucho que extendieses las cortinas no eras capaz de ojo. Pagamos mucho dinero por un alojamiento sin nada incluido y ni jabón para el cuerpo había en los baños. No hay cartel para poder colgar en la puerta en caso de no querer q entren el personal de limpieza y de hecho, una mañana nos despertamos con una chica de la limpieza entrando. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel ni tampoco lo recomendaría. ¿Lo único bueno? La puesta de sol.

Smuk beliggenhed med udsigt over hav og bjerge. Rummelig lejlighed med stor altan. Køkkenet lidt for spartansk indrettet. Grundig rengøring hver anden dag med skift af håndklæder og hver fjerde dag af sengelinned. Venligt personale. Rigtig god plads med mange solsenge ved stor pool. Den var dog ikke opvarmet! Hotellet ligger højt, hvilket betyder, at det kan være problematisk for gangbesværede.

Trevligt område, bra bemötande av personal och relativt fräscht boende. Ligger ganska högt upp, kan vara en tuff backe för äldre eller under en varm dag. Bra att bussen går ända upp till lägenheterna. Däremot väldigt hårda sängar

Laguna 2 was very clean throughout The apartment was also clean and comfortable.Food at restaurant was good and varied and staff were friendly and helpful.The only letdown was the condition of the resort itself and although very clean it was in dire need of a major overhaul.
