“Tolles Hotel mit sehr bemühtem und freundlichen Personal! Sehr gute Massagen. Einziges Minus war die "Größe" des Zimmers. Wir hatten die günstigste Kategorie, nur war das Zimmer so klein, dass wir nicht mal kleine Koffer ausräumen oder verstauen konnten. Der "Schrank" war "mini"...sonst auch keinerlei Ablagen, auch beim Waschbecken nicht. Vielleicht hatten wir auch das "kleinste" Zimmer, 214...Dafür aber der Balkon sehr schön. ”

Les chambres 4700 sont au fond et plus calmes car loin du club enfants et de l’animation du soir. L’animation du soir est faite par des salariés jeunes, sans intérêt. C’est presqu’un sketch. “My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood.”

“Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen.
