“The staff was incredibly helpful. The lovely lady at the front desk even helped us order a pizza so we could have our authentic Italian pizza experience. Since we lost our luggage the front desk also helped us arrange a taxi to get us to a local mall to replace some of our clothes. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. It was so nice that the water, sodas and snacks were included. We would stay again.”

“I enjoyed the room and breakfast”

“Tutto perfetto dall’accoglienza fino al check out ritorneremo.”

“The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

“Struttura top personale molto qualificato”

“Wonderful room. Excellent breakfast. The staff were so nice and helpful. Close to pedestrian zone. Our 2nd time staying here in the last 18 months.”

“Flawless Stay – Highly Recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic experience at this accommodation. The room was absolutely spotless and comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. What really made our stay special was the superb staff. A huge thank you to Laura and her male colleague at the desk (whose name escapes me, but he was fantastic!) for being so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. We truly had nothing to complain about during our time here. I highly...
